Delivery details
We offer free UK mainland delivery with no minimum order value, so the price you see is the price you pay with no hidden extras. Deliveries to other locations will incur an additional surcharge. Please contact us for further details. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday usually within 10-14 working days, depending on stock availability and order volumes. Deliveries are made to the address you specify on your order. Our couriers are high quality National companies with proven track records and every care is taken to ensure that your blinds reach you on time and in perfect condition. Please ensure that someone will be at the specified address to take delivery of your order.

The delivery address can be different from the Invoice Address. This might be a neighbour, relative or friend. We can even deliver to a works or business address but whatever option you choose the delivery address must be specified on your order and the courier will require a signature at the point of delivery.

In the event of an item or component being out of stock, you will be notified by email with the expected delivery dates of the items you originally selected. If the expected delay is outside of our normal delivery schedule, you may obtain a full refund if required. Once your blinds have been manufactured, they will be dispatched immediately to the specified address. If there is no one available to take the delivery, the courier will leave a card in order to arrange an alternative delivery. The courier will repeat the process twice more before returning the blinds to us. At this point a surcharge will be made for re-delivery.
